Domestic & international shipping

We ship with Canada Post.

Blacklilypie is located in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.

Canada

• Most Canadian packages have tracking included automatically (dolls and art), but flat items such as prints and cards ship as letter mail and do not have tracking.

U.S.A

• Shipping for lighter items (like stickers or single cards) is with Canada Post lettermail. This does not include tracking.

• Dolls and all items that are not flat will ship with tracked service through Canada Post.

International Customers

• I do not ship toys or dolls to some locations due to regulations.

All Customers

• Large orders may use recycled boxes, but we make sure your items are wrapped in clean and new material, and are safe and secure.

• We ship prints in flat bend proof mailers with the print in a clear plastic self sealing sleeve.

• If you have special shipping concerns, please feel free to contact us before you purchase.

• We DO NOT offer pick up to local people.

•We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any location.

• All customs fees are the buyers responsibility.

• We always fill out customs fees with the correct price, and will not put "gift" if it is not being shipped as a gift.

• The studio is NOT pet free. Cats are allowed in the studio. We always store finished items sealed in a clean and cat free location. If you have severe allergies or sensitivities, please be aware.

• SPECIAL REQUESTS such as: low waste packaging, gift wrapping, allergies or materials questions? Please feel free to contact us about any of these concerns. We can work with you to make sure your package is right for you. Send a message before you order please.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns and cancellations.

We don't accept exchanges .

For a return:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you are returning items.

• Ship items back at your own cost within 30 days of delivery. When the item is returned your payment will be refunded.

For canceling an order before it ships:

• Please request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

Please contact the shop if you have any problems with your order, a cancellation may not be necessary. We will work with you to make your experience positive.

The following items can't be returned:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Digital downloads

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Damaged Items

If item has been damaged in the mail, please let us know. Use the contact page and please include your order# and other details in the message.
