Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I will ship anywhere. I will also give custom quotes if you buy more than two items, try to bring that shipping down as far as possible. Please feel free to email me with the title "blp Shipping Questions"

- All customs fees are the buyers responsibility. I always fill out customs fees with the correct price you paid, and will not put "gift." Like, be cool.

How long will my package take?

I try to ship next day after payment. I try to get those packages out the door as soon as possible. I am working on it, fast.

I ship with Canada Post. I use AIR mail unless otherwise stated in the listing. Usually most destinations have an estimate of from 6 to 10 days. If you need expedited shipping please contact me and I will give you a quote. Email me with the title "blp Shipping Questions"
Can I track my order / package?


Smaller items do not have a tracking number. This is because I use the cheapest AIR shipping service I can. If you want a tracking number, I can upgrade your shipping. See above.

How is my stuff going to be packaged?

All packages will be carefully packed. I put smaller and soft items in bubble envelopes, larger art in boxes. I ship prints in flat bend proof mailers with the print in a clear plastic self sealing sleeve.
- I often use recycled packaging (boxes, bubble wrap, cardboard) but I make sure your items are wrapped in clean and new material, and are safe and secure. Recycling is still cool you know.

Can I pick up my order in person?

No.

Can I return my order? Can I exchange my order?
I offer refunds and exchanges on all non-clothing and non-custom orders. If the item is in original condition, with all pieces and undamaged, you can ship it back to me at your own cost and I will happily refund the purchase price.


Please let me know as soon as possible that you would like a refund, within 1 week of receiving the item.

Can you make me a custom thing? Or remake something I saw something you already sold?
I generally don't do custom orders. I turn down like, 90% of the requests I get, mainly because I often find my custom work a bit lacking. I have done a lot of custom work over the years though, and I won't be offended if you ask at all. You never know, I might be totally into your project. Ask Away...
Can I use your work for a tattoo?
Sure, go nuts. Send me a pic after though, I LOVE it when that happensssss!!
